In this busy world we all need to take some quiet time to rest our minds. As part of my Yoga 200YTT, I also qualified as a Mindfulness and Meditation Practitioner. Let me help you learn some simple techniques to still the monkey mind.
This can be extremely beneficial for those experiencing chronic pain, emotional distress or exam anxiety. Sessions can be given on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
